Well given the fact that my friends are receiving my emails with a “suspicious” warning label on them, I’d say, too small of a fish to fry but annoying enough to warrant a time sink. I’ve had now a few censorial instances that have wasted way too much of my time. I’m done trying to reinstate my TikTok account that got nuked. I know Mathew’s DMED data video was gonna be trouble. But I see they also flagged a Biden parody video and the UFO cult video and my Levan Polka parody. Satire is dead, isn’t it?
I see a strange future where people all know it’s corrupt and they’re taxed to death but no one will talk about it. For now they have us talking for them

On the issue of being something or something worth being watched and/or suppressed by the machine, we dont have to be very significant to warrant attention given the machine's capacity to do so. But even back in the peak of the Cold War in the 1950's the spooks tried to get my father sacked from his job (as a book salesman) because he was just an ordinary member of the Australian Communist Party. Back then they had to waste public servants time and taxpayers money on such capers. Today the AI and perhaps some poor dude in a basement in Ukraine earning peanuts is all they need. More seriously I think Permaculture as a concept and a movement, not just individuals with unacceptable opinions, is probably now subject to the choking off of life on the Internet, something I have been expecting since 9/11. Oh well we've had over 20 years to get the fungal internets with nature and our respective acts together.
In the end permaculture won the battle for MY heart and mind. I’m not alone.
I think an analogy we’ve both used in the past is weeds. A plant persisting where the top down controlling force doesn’t want it. We’ve never really won that battle in the garden Dave. They always keep appearing and so will the likes of us.
There will come a time soon I think when Sun Tzu’s advice will hold true- stoop to conquer. At that point your prescience around youth and mobility will probably be the next pulsing of weed spread.
